Before you begin using our credit repair and tax reporting services, Mac Donald Soluciones Financieras requires you to sign a client agreement that outlines the terms of our engagement. Our services include credit report analysis, document preparation, credit education, and assistance with disputing inaccurate or outdated information on your credit report. Additionally, we provide personalized tax reporting services for both individuals and businesses, helping you prepare and file your tax returns with accuracy and compliance.
Once you sign the agreement, we will work with you to evaluate your credit reports, identify items for dispute, and guide you through the dispute process with credit bureaus. For our tax services, we assist with preparing tax forms and ensuring timely and compliant filings. All communication regarding our services can take place via email, phone, or in-person meetings, and we are available to support you during normal business hours.
You have the right to cancel our services within three business days of signing the agreement, with no penalty. Simply notify us in writing as described in your client agreement. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, please note that we do not offer legal advice. For legal matters, we recommend consulting an attorney.
